Shipping policy

If your artwork(s) are received in a damaged condition or do not match your order, you have the option to request a refund within 90 days. To initiate the refund process, please send an email to info@araxai.nl containing your order number and a photo illustrating the issue.

Our artworks are unique and customized to your specifications. Consequently, unless prohibited by applicable laws, ART AI is unable to offer refunds for dissatisfaction resulting from errors on your part or changes of mind.

Once your order is received, we immediately begin the production process, which means that we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests.
